Bridge CNT SMS Consent
Effective date: August 14, 2026
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Bridge CNT users may voluntarily opt in to operational SMS notifications or initiate an automated AI role-player conversation for an authorized training exercise. This public page explains the process for users and messaging-program reviewers; it cannot change anyone’s preferences.
Consent disclosure
“I agree to receive recurring operational notifications and, when I choose an SMS training exercise, automated simulated role-player messages from Resolve Performance Group LLC through Bridge CNT. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not required to create or use a Bridge CNT account.”
Authenticated opt-in steps
- Sign in to your authorized Bridge CNT account.
- Open Notification Preferences.
- Enter or confirm your U.S. mobile number.
- Voluntarily check the separate SMS consent box beside the disclosure above.
- Save the preferences.
SMS consent is optional and independent of account creation, acceptance of other terms, and general Bridge CNT use. A user may withdraw consent later on Notification Preferences. Changing the mobile number invalidates prior consent and requires a new opt-in for the new number.
Reviewer-visible authenticated opt-in preview
The authenticated Notification Preferences screen presents the following separate, unchecked consent control before a user saves SMS preferences. This public preview is informational only and cannot enroll a phone number.
Text-initiated AI training
- Obtain the designated AI training number from an authorized Bridge CNT facilitator or authenticated training screen.
- Text START to request an automated, simulated role-player conversation.
- Bridge CNT identifies itself and the fictional simulation, then asks you to reply YES to confirm enrollment.
- After you reply YES, Bridge CNT confirms enrollment and invites your opening negotiation statement.
AI role-player messages are fictional training content. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to end messages or HELP for help.
